BzLtYr – Derived from Buzz Lightyear, the cool toy from the movie Toy Story (and Toy Story 2). This is not a “tribute” site to Buzz. Nor does it have anything to do with the movie(s). I like the name…so I bought it.
The purpose of this site is to give a little something back in true free and open source style. To those in the thoroughbred race handicapping community, I invite you to join me in creating some handicapping tools for our passion. For those in the open source community, I invite you to participate in any way you desire. My goal is to utilize open source applications (MySQL, PHP, WordPress, etc.) to develop a web-based handicapping environment.
